This statement is given in compliance with Section 7 of the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA). It supplements (and does not replace) our Privacy Policy, which contains the full detail.

2. Personal data collected

We collect personal data including your name, identification number (where required for domain registration), postal address, email address, telephone number, business registration number (where applicable), payment-method token and technical data such as IP address.

3. Source of data

Most personal data is provided by you when you create an account, order a service, or contact our support team. Technical data (IP address, server logs) is collected automatically when you use our services.

4. Purposes of processing

Your personal data is processed to deliver the services you order, process your payments, communicate with you about your account, comply with legal obligations (tax, ICANN and registry requirements), prevent fraud and abuse, and (with your consent) send you news and updates.

5. Classes of third parties

We may disclose your personal data to: domain registries and registrars, certificate authorities, payment processors, our upstream data-centre providers, our professional advisers, and to authorities where required by law. A detailed list is in our Privacy Policy.

6. Your rights

7. Mandatory or optional supply

Account, billing and identification data are mandatory - without them we cannot deliver the services. Optional data includes your VAT/SST number (for Malaysian business customers) and marketing preferences.
